A team of students, engineers and a drone pilot from Delft University of Technology traveled to an airbase in https://air-miles-guide.com/countries/germany/ Germany last month for their first test flight. The flight characteristics of the Flying-V were very curious to us. The design blends into our project Fly Wisely, which stands for everything we have and will do to strengthen our sustainability. We want aviation to have a sustainable future and creativity is part of that. For several years, KLM has been among the Dow Jones Sustainability Index's top three most sustainable airlines worldwide. In the future, we want to continue doing so. Therefore, we are very proud that in such a short period of time we have been able to accomplish this together," says Pieter Elbers, President and CEO of KLM.
